How do I get started with RankTraq?
Create a free account and verify your email. Eligible users can then open Pricing in the app to claim 500 free trial credits (one-time, short survey), add domains and keywords and start tracking. Connect Google Search Console when you are ready for click and impression data.
Does RankTraq integrate with Google Search Console?
Yes! RankTraq integrates seamlessly with Google Search Console. Connect your GSC account to view clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position for all your tracked keywords directly in your dashboard.
How often are rankings updated?
Rankings are refreshed on demand in the app and use credits. The exact credit usage is shown before you run a refresh.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your ranking data as CSV files.
Is my data secure?
We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypted connections to Google Search Console, and secure payment handling through Razorpay (RankTraq does not store full card numbers). Access to your workspace requires a verified account.
Can I revert credits and get a refund?
Yes. If you want to revert credits, contact support-your credits will be removed and the amount will be refunded.
