What payment methods do you accept?
Credit pack payments are completed securely in the RankTraq app. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
How do credits work?
Credits are used when you run ranking refreshes in the app. They are shared across every domain in your workspace. Eligible accounts may also receive a separate pool of 500 free trial credits until they expire or are spent.
Do credits expire?
Credits you purchase stay in your workspace until you spend them. Free trial credits are different: they expire 30 days after you claim them if you have not used them-see the trial card on Pricing in the app.
Can I revert a credit purchase and get a refund?
Yes. If you want to revert credits, contact support-your credits will be removed and the amount will be refunded.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Eligible new accounts can claim 500 free trial credits once from the Pricing page inside the app (after email verification and a short survey). Use them like paid credits for keyword refreshes and AI Overview checks before you buy an pack.
How do I update my billing information?
You can manage billing details, invoices, and payment settings from your account dashboard in the app.
