What payment methods do you accept?
Credit pack payments are completed securely in the RankTraq app. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
How do credits work?
Credits are used when you run ranking refreshes in the app. They are shared across every domain in your workspace. Eligible accounts may also receive a separate pool of 500 free trial credits until they expire or are spent.
Do credits expire?
Credits you purchase stay in your workspace until you spend them. Free trial credits are different: they expire 30 days after you claim them if you have not used them—see the trial card on Pricing in the app.
Can I revert a credit purchase and get a refund?
Yes. If you want to revert credits, contact support—your credits will be removed and the amount will be refunded.
